The story.
I'll take you back in time. In 2015 I was asked by my dear friends from Maha Amsterdam to help create a unique gift with the release of a new sneaker from Nike. This was the Nike Air Max Jewell Tortoise Shell.
The gift became a scarf and I worked out the image of Maha in my style. This scarf was given when the shoe was sold and was not for sale separately. For that reason the scarf was very limited.
I never wore scarves myself but I really liked what I made so I started to combine the scarf in different ways. For example, I put it around my ankle when I was wearing a dress or sneakers that weren't too busy. It is also often the eye catcher of my bag. Every now and then it was wrapped around my head like a hair band. There were more and more favorable reactions, this got me thinking and were certainly decisive in my decision.

SCARVES IT IS! Now finally after so many years I have found the place to produce my scarves. Canada to be exact! All scarves are made once the order is placed. This means zero waste!
The available sizes are:
16x16 inches (40x40cm)
26x26 inches (66x66cm)
36x36 inches (92x92cm)
50x50 inches (127x127cm)
Materials.
There are 3 different options for material. Silk Habotai and Silk Charmeuse, these are 100% silk! An instruction is included on how to best care for your scarf. Satin Charmeuse is the third one. This fabric is 100% polyester. It's all about what you want in terms of feel. The polyester is a thicker material and therefore better for a top because it's not see through. This is not the case with the silk options, you can prevent see through with a strapless top underneath. However I prefer silk for hair options. Keep this in mind when ordering!

Print through: medium, roughly 60%

As of today, July 14, 2021, I have decided to limit all my work to a certain number of pieces. For the scarves I have decided to limit 25 per design. This does not relate to the size and only purely to the design.

I’M ALMOST READY! I'm really really looking forward to this release. My work on scarves is something I dreamed of really and now it's finally possible. So far the responses have been really sweet and supportive, thank you so much for this. I am very curious what you'll pick. Since this is the launch, I can't offer a discount on the scarves.
